Contest Rules

All contestants are open to Wyoming residents over 18 years of age, except employees and the immediate families of KTRZ, KWYW, Carrol Media and all other broadcast companies doing business in Fremont County and all their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, participating manufacturers, and advertising agencies.

The determination of eligibility lies solely and exclusively with KTRZ and KWYW. Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

To participate, listen to ‘Z-93’ or ‘Y-99’ on air personality to solicit for calls. At that point, call (307) 856-2422 in order to be considered for prize or contest.

Contestants may qualify only once for any contest or drawing per 30 days.
Contestants acknowledge the decisions regarding all issues related to the determinations of eligibility of each contestant and/or contest entry lie solely and exclusively with KTRZ and KWYW.

KTRZ and KWYW mandate a general contest rule that no one person qualify for or collect on any prize within per thirty (30) day time period. Listeners who have been awarded prized within the pervious thirty (30) days of contest date may collect on said prize only is this rule is specifically waived for that contest.

By participating in a contest and/or collecting an awarded prize, contestant agrees to official contest rules. Anyone disputing these rules may be disqualified by KTRZ and KWYW. KTRZ and KWYW reserve the right to change these rules without nothing at any time. In the event of a dispute, the decision of KTRZ and KWYW is final. Winner and other participants consent to the use of their names and/or voice likeness for publicity and purposes in connection with the contest without prior approval and compensation by KTRZ and KWYW. Winner agrees to sign an affidavit or eligibility waiver at the request of KTRZ and KWYW.
